Your phone is in «desktop site» mode, so the desktop layout is shown.Fix: tap «AA» in Safari's address bar → «Request Mobile Website». Always: Settings → Safari → «Request Desktop Website» → off. Then remove the home-screen icon and add it again.Fix: open Chrome and untick «Desktop site» in the ⋮ menu. Always: Chrome → Settings → Site settings → «Desktop site» → off.
